Cooking Instructions

For best results, thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours.

 

Remove Turkey from all packaging, including bag and foam tray. Place Turkey, legs pointing up in baking pan.

 

IF THAWED: Preheat oven to 400 F. Cook covered for 2hrs, uncovered and continue to cook for an additional 30min. until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.

 

IF FROZEN: Preheat oven to 400 F. Cook covered for 2hrs and 30 min, uncover and continue to cook for an additional 30 min. until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F.

 

TO SERVE: Carve Turkey down the middle and then across in one to two inch slices. Serve Hot.
